Meet Kelly Cook
Kelly Cook, PMHNP-BC, is a board-certified psychiatric nurse practitioner who offers compassion and judgement-free care when interacting with clients. Utilizing a multi-dimensional wellness model, Kelly holistically treats a variety of mental illnesses in adults and adolescents, ages 11+. She performs in-depth psychiatric evaluations and ongoing medication management as well as psychotherapy.
